Information Delivery Situation

Current delivery situation for OKS products


Dear Partner,
As you have certainly noticed, we have not been able to fully maintain our high delivery performance in the last weeks.
Again and again there were longer delays in the fulfillment of your orders. We would like to apologize for this and assure you that we ourselves are absolutely dissatisfied with our current inability to deliver your orders on time.
The reasons for these delays unfortunately concern our entire goods logistics. 
Very often we encounter unforeseeable staff shortages at our internal warehouse and shipping teams, but also at our logistics service providers, which we cannot compensate for at short notice. The continuing bottlenecks in available transport capacities also contribute to this unsatisfactory delivery situation, for which we see only a gradual improvement in the coming months.
We therefore continue to ask for your patience in the event of delayed deliveries of goods. At the same time, we would like to draw your attention to the possibility of placing orders with us at an early stage in order to ensure timely delivery to you in accordance with your customers' requirements.
