The mechanical components of these plant bearings come into contact with large amounts of water during the cleaning process. It is therefore important to use a very heavy duty grease in these plants that is particularly water-resistant and which remains as long as possible at the lubricating points. This allows the operating times between the maintenance intervals to be extended and breakdowns to be avoided.
